1999
Zhuokai founded, specialized in the industry of metallic furniture legs and metallic furniture accessories. “ Zhuo " & " kai" came from the name of Choi's son and daughter respectively. It operated with 1500 m3 factory land and about 20 workers.
2006
Factory land enlarged from 1500 m3 to 3,000 m3.
2008
1st time to attend to exhibition and have our own stand. Zhuokai, started it's route to exportation officially.
2009
Percentage of sales volume of exportation was 20% .
2010
We moved to new factory land. factory land enlarged from 3,000 m 1 to 10,000
2011
5s management system was used to improved our production management. Erp system was used to integrate data management of production processes.
2012
Polishing section was innovated with auto-polishing machines Polishing section divided into manual polishing line and auto-polishing line
2014
Factory land enlarged from 10,000 m3 to 15,000 m3.
2015
Laser cutting machine was invested to facilitate the punching section.
2017
Welding section is innovated by manipulators to increase the efficiency.
2018
Percentage of sales volume of exportation reaches to 80%. Around 200 workers Monthly capacity was estimated 700,000 pcs Products were exported to about 60 countries. products cover 12 main groups and 600 styles approximatly
