Good products are inseparable from high-quality raw materials, exquisite craftsmanship, and quality control. Zhuokai is committed to being your most trusted hardware enterprise partner.
Speaking of raw materials, we at Zhuokai are very particular. For example, our sofa legs are made of zinc alloy, which is zinc plus other metal elements. This alloy has a low melting point, good fluidity, is easy to weld and shape, and is not easy to rust in the air. However, it also has disadvantages, that is, it is easy to deform, but we have a way to deal with it.
In zinc alloy, aluminum, copper, and magnesium are the main additives. According to the processing method, there are two types of zinc alloys: casting and deformation. Casting zinc alloy has good fluidity and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for furniture hardware.

The characteristics of zinc alloy are simply:
1. The specific gravity is relatively large.
2. The die-casting performance is good, and it can make complex shapes, thin-walled precision parts with smooth surfaces.
3. Various surface treatments can be done, such as electroplating, painting, etc.
4. It will not absorb iron, corrode the mold, or stick to the mold during melting and die casting.
5. It has good mechanical properties and wear resistance.
6. It has a low melting point and can be melted at 385℃, making it easy to die-cast.

There are many advantages to using zinc alloy to make die castings:
1. High strength and light weight, which can reduce the weight of the product.
2. Good mechanical properties, impact resistance and wear resistance, suitable for heavy load and impact environment.
3. Good casting performance and fluidity, and can make parts with complex structures.
4. Low cost, because zinc alloy is cheaper than aluminum alloy.
Next is the die-casting process:
1. Prepare materials: select zinc alloy raw materials, inspect and pre-treat.
2. Make molds: make molds according to drawings to ensure mold accuracy.
3. Melt alloy: heat the zinc alloy until it melts.
4. Die casting: press the molten zinc alloy into the mold under high pressure.
5. Cooling and solidification: the alloy cools in the mold to form parts.
6. Open the mold and take out the parts: After the parts are cooled, open the mold and take out the parts.
7. Post-processing: polishing and painting the parts.
The last step is packaging, which is a very important step. If the packaging is not good, even if the product quality is good, customers will have a bad impression of the product because of the packaging problem. So we pay special attention to packaging.
Our packaging bags are waterproof and drop-proof, and the cartons are thickened to withstand long-distance transportation and bad weather. As for warehousing and transportation, we have a mature logistics system to ensure timely shipment and reach customers on time.
